Rachal N. Kelly, CPA, is a human capital consultant and business advisor with more than 15 years of accounting and human capital experience. She utilizes her technical knowledge and professional expertise to provide innovative, practical business solutions to clients’ human capital concerns.

As a human resource expert and Certified Public Accountant, Rachal has extensive experience with Certified Public Accounting and consulting firms, including several Big Four firms and large medium sized firms. She is highly skilled at providing executive and employee coaching, designing cost-effective benefit programs, developing employee policies and procedures manuals, and implementing legal compliance programs. She has significant experience in administering and evaluating training curriculum, conducting performance audits for human resource departments, and designing performance management systems. In addition, Rachal advises clients in the following areas:

Creating and implementing staff problem resolution and team-building programs; Developing and implementing customized mentoring and career development programs; Creating and evaluating staff training programs; and Developing staff competency models used in counseling and evaluating staff.

Rachal earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource
Management from Baruch College, The City University of New York, The Zicklin
School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting
from Hofstra University.

Active in professional organizations, Rachal is a member of the Society of Human
Resource Management, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants,
and the American Society of Training and Development.
