Pamela J. Newman, CPA, is a human capital advisor. Her combined practical public accounting and human resource experience provides clients with innovative practical business solutions to their human capital needs.

With more than 14 years of accounting and human capital experience, Pam has extensive experience providing executive and employee coaching, designing performance management systems, developing employee policies and procedures manuals and recruiting talented professionals. She is highly skilled at developing and implementing mentoring, staff problem resolution and team-building programs. In addition, Pam is proficient at designing cost-effective benefit programs, creating and evaluating staff training programs and developing staff competency models used in counseling and evaluating staff.

Pam has worked with several Certified Public Accounting and consulting firms, as well as small, mid-size and emerging companies. For more than 10 years, Pam was with a Big Four firm in its audit practice, directing the firm’s recruiting efforts and managing its human resource function. As vice president of human resources at an international brokerage firm, she led the human resources function of the firm’s finance and accounting groups. In addition, for more than two years, Pam served as the director of human resources of a 100-person Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm, based in New York City.

A member of the Society of Human Resource Management, Pam received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
